Meet Chef Yong Hae Kim, a culinary maestro with roots in New Jersey and a upbringing in Atlanta. Immersed in the world of flavors from a young age, Yong Hae honed his skills in his mother's restaurant, cultivating an early passion for cooking. His journey led him to prestigious kitchens across the United States, where he refined his craft under the guidance of Chef Mentors at Nobu, Chirori, Rooftop LOA, District M, and Lé Mong.

In October 2020, Jersey Shore Sushi Co was unveiled in Deal, New Jersey, introducing a fast-casual culinary haven to the community. Building on this success, their second venture in the heart of Brooklyn now presents a more refined experience. Chef Kim collaborates with Jersey Shore Sushi Co. to curate an exquisite Omakase tasting menu, promising a culinary journey like no other.
